If you’re the type that dislike the monotony of the gym and love to try different things, we have three fitness apps that gives you access to every type of fitness classes in Hong Kong with a month-to-month flexible membership. The KFit Fitness Pass costs HK$699 per month and gives you access to 10 fitness activities each month. If you exceed your 10 class access, you can pay for classes you want to attend at a discounted rate. You can cancel also your membership at anytime. Do it seven working days before your next billing cycle  to avoid being charged for next month’s fee. Unfortunately, there is no trial membership.  Take note there is a late cancellation fee (HK$100- HK$200) depending on the classes that you book and cancel or don’t show up for. Aside from these classes, KFit also gives you access to beauty and spa deals at a discounted rate.

Founded in 2015 in Singapore by Jeffrey Liu and Rob Patcher, GuavaPass has grown to become the largest healthy living community in Asia and the Middle East, offering members a selection of unlimited fitness classes. In Hong Kong, you get to pick classes from GuavaPass’s partner studios such as HIT45, Yoga BamBam, Flex Studio, Pherform, BounceLimit and many more. You can cancel your membership anytime too, no penalty.  ClassPass is available in 50 cities and you can sign up for classes worldwide. You just need to buy credits.
