Wall-to-wall models for the jewelers’ IFC launch.

Jewelry innovator David Yurman announced the opening of the first international boutique in Hong Kong at the prestigious IFC mall.

Yurman was here to present the latest collection with international supermodel Du Juan. Popular Hong Kong models like Ana R, Lisa S, Mikki Yao, Gaile Lai, Kathy Chow, and Jennifer Tse Ting Ting were also there to model the jewelry.

Producing more than 250 unique new designs per year, the company is renowned for its iconic designs, including the Cable Collection which was introduced in 1983 and still a best seller today.

Hong Kong is an international hub, and represents a culture that I have been fascinated with and inspired by consistently, David Yurman explains. We see in Hong Kong the very elements and philosophy that our designs adhere to: an appreciation for luxury, a unique artistic point of view, and a diverse platform of historical and societal references.

The debut Hong Kong boutique is designed in the vein of the brand’s aesthetic of relaxed luxury, and subtle Asian references. The 1,000 square foot Callison-designed space is constructed with striped, African Zebrawood and Spanish taupe marble stone floors. Bronzed mirrored cases are finished with graphite and glass risers, displaying the full range of David Yurman collections, including one-of-a-kind pieces exclusive to the boutique.
