Take a Trip Down Memory Lane in Chai Wan

By Roxanne  /  March 2, 2015

Chai Wan just got a bit cooler with fashion and lifestyle space Memory Lane opening their doors. Founded by Maurice Maghanagi of DISTRICT and Made in Paradise respectively, Memory Lane is a ‘first of its kind’ retail space and gallery in Chai Wan that will showcase a carefully curated selection of goods not found anywhere else in the Hong Kong, including Black Weirdoes (Japan) and Moc (USA).

The launch marked the official opening of the Memory Lane Gallery and Store and coincides with the SS15 debut of their in-house label Made In Paradise, newly released Memory Lane Brand, Zine publication and Art gallery. Not just focusing on fashion, the space also features a host of international and local artists including Pricasso, Tracy Funches and Daniel David Freeman. The space is a clean and modern stage that allows the, in most cases risque, merchandise to really stand out. If you are looking for a gift for that friend who has everything or just a special piece for your home or wardrobe, this is a great option, even just for for a bit of a nostalgic wander.  Always striving to break boundaries and stay at the forefront of contemporary culture and featuring an array of fashion, home goods, art and rare publications, Memory Lane is a one stop destination.
