Habitat Opens First Store in Hong Kong at Windsor House

One of the world’s biggest furniture retailers Habitat has set up its first showroom finally at Windsor House, Causeway Bay. Habitat is designer Terence Conran’s furniture store where you can find contemporary modern furniture. Terence Conran launched Habitat in 1964 in London when Designer Tom Dixon and American duo Charles and Ray Eames were household name. You can find some of the companies best sellers include the Forum Sofa designed by Robin Day in 1964 which is still sold in-stores at Habitat. 

Located on the 15/F of Windsor House and spreading over 20,000 square foot of retail space, Habitat offers household products like cooking utensils, home decorations, cutlery, cushions, duvets, candles, bedding, home accessories and the usual furnishing pieces for your bedroom, living room and dining room. Some of our favourite productions include Tord Boontjes’ Garland Light (laser-cut metal lamp shade) and Claire Norcross’ Aperture Light, an origami paper creation.
