To kick off you’re fitness regime, we’ve discovered some serious fitspiration to fill our Instagram feed that will motivate you to tone up for the summer. From MMA fighters to pole dancers to yogis, these super hot girls show off their best workout on Instagram so if you’re lacking inspiration… these girls will get you in the mood for a serious workout.


Sydney-born Carmen is a lawyer by day and pole dancer by night. Pole dancing started when she purchased a package on Groupon and after a few lessons, she was hooked. She’s been learning different styles of pole dancing and now she combines contemporary dance with acrobatics and gymnastics in her pole routines – fun! Expect to see plenty of awesome fitness images themed around yoga, pole dancing, healthy bites, gymnastics, and acrobatics. We give her 10/10 for her commitment to daily practice and her positive attitude shining through her videos.

Yes, don’t mess with Amelia, this chick that can literally kick your as* with a blue belt in BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). In less than a few years, she’s already entering world championships like the World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Abu Dhabi and training under one of world’s best mixed martial artists, Rodrigo Caporal. Expect to see photos of BJJ matches, water sports and selfie shots showing her hot physique.
Meet Chau Kei, Miss World Yoga Champion of the International Yoga Sports Federation Championship, the world’s largest yoga competition in 2013. She’s already been featured on all the high-fashion publications like Vogue and expect impressive postures of yoga and short yogi clips that’ll inspire you to unroll that sticky mat and limber up.


Part-PR girl for all the top fashion brands and part-fitness junkie who loves travelling is Ash. As a weak child she suffered from asthma and eczema, but things changed when she stopped relying on medication and exercised regularly. We can’t stop scrolling through her feed for workout tips, motivation, healthy food and did we mention we love her super-friendly attitude.

Fit and flexible Greta has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Her feed is full of the most amazing stretches, bends and yoga poses in some seriously fashionable gear. If you are looking for some yogi inspirational, then Greta’s feed is definitely worth checking out with her perfect poses with soft filters that will have you scrolling for more. 
Half-French, half-Chinese Héloïse is a yoga teacher at Flex Studio and spinning instructor at XYZ. Héloïse keeps her instagram captions short and sweet but with enough motivation to get you out of the house and attempt those stretches. 
Fitness goes back to the high school days for Hyomin, when she wanted to shed some fat but as time went by, she started to learn more about weight training and started to build a great physique. Expect to see daily fitness motivation through her perspectives and experiences (and her swoon-worthy abs)… 

Jessica is a certified ACROVINYASA (yoga meets acrobatics) teacher who discovered yoga in 2005 following on from a childhood of gymnastics and acrobatics. Being drawn to the physical aspect of yoga she took her first yoga teacher training in 2014 after working in the corporate world. You can find her teaching at studios and festivals in England, Thailand, and Korea besides Hong Kong and you’ll often see gravity-defying poses on her feed, snaps of her daily life including classes, events, food and travel images. 


Super-fit mum, entrepreneur (she’s the driving force behind Ronin, Yardbird, Topfit to name a few) and fitness fanatic, Lindsay posts daily pictures that show off cool yoga poses and snippets of her life. Just like the rest of her 13k followers, we’re inspired by her images to get our more, work out more and stress less. 


This fit Swedish-Thai model Natalie is a yoga instructor and health coach with a body to die for. Her Instagram feed will inspire you to start yoga with photographs of herself posing so gracefully. Besides exercising, you’ll find images travelling the world and catch snipperts of her modeling lifestyle.

Coming from a ballet background is Ukraine dancer Natalia, also the founder of Natalia Dance Studios. She’s dedicated most of her life to ballet but later trained into an aerialist so you can catch her in town for aerial lessons alongside ballet classes. Besides working and teaching at her studio, you’ll find her dancing around the most G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S locations in the world. 
If you want to check out female weightlifters, then Emi of Stay Fit and Travel is your girl. She’s already established a name for herself in the world of social media with a growing number of Instagram followers of over 37k. Emi shares incredible before and after shorts along with short videos of herself lifting some insanely heavy weights and of course, motivational captions.  
Certified personal trainer, pole dancing guru and part aerialist Emily posts photos of her sweating on the pole and stunning yoga poses on the beach. You can find her teaching at Aerial Arts Academy in Causeway Bay and her motivational pole and aerial videos showing her covetable physique will inspire you work out more. 

One of the coolest girls on the block is Tricia, accountant turned MMA Fighter, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu blue-belter and also the co-founder of Bikini-Fit who has never looked back after quitting the corporate world. Some of you might recognise her from Hong Kong’s first womens’ celebrity MMA reality to show launched on VIu Tv. Growing up, Tricia lived an unhealthy lifestyle and at one point was almost pre-diabetic until the gym became her sanctuary. .On her account, it’s pretty much a reflection of her life with images of food, deliciously healthy recipes, travel, coaching, training, her strong bod and quick short video footage of her competition adventures.
