Its not surprising that Hong Kong artists are doing an exhibition about this title, with Hong Kong’s big fashion industry and shopping destination and our modern society’s obsession with looks and how we present ourselves. Based off the idea that what we wear means everything, it represent our fashion sense, our attitudes and self-identity. The intimate relationship between our clothes and ourselves is being explored by Hong Kong artists – Bovey Lee, Casper Chan, Koon Wai-bong, Joey Leung Ka-yin, Leung Ching-man, Leung Wing-hong, Fiona Wong, Wong Xiang-yi and Wilson Shieh.
The exhibition showcases a wide range of creation from print, paper cut art, ceramic where each artists reinvents or expresses their idea about clothing and its representation.
