Gagosian Gallery is showing works by British conceptual artist Michael Craig-Martin from now to 16th of August at the Pedder Building gallery.
The Dublin born artist is known for his characteristic transcription of everyday items into paintings. The show features recent paintings on aluminium panels exhibited depicts a new range of contemporary objects — a high-heeled shoe, a disposable coffee cup, an energy-saving lightbulb — in an electric palette tinged with neon blues, greens, and pinks.
