Yull Shoes was established in 2011 by Sarah Watkinson with fundings from the Prince’s trust to set up manufacturing plant in the UK. Yull Shoes is one of the only independent shoe brands manufacturing high heel shoes in Britain with the “Made in England” stamp that’s exporting to the US and Asia.
Sarah’s entrepreneur spirit and determination not only won her the Lloyd’s Enterprise Award in 2013, a nomination for the National Business Award in 2016, but also the MAS Grant a year later to further her production in the UK. Keeping manufacturing locally in true Britain style, materials are sourced from Northampton and Yorkshire and the manufacturing factory is located in East London.
Yull Shoes are incredibly stylish and unique in that it has a quintessential British essence like the popular Westminster shoe that is styled after the classic British Mary Jane Shoe, the heeled boots Chester made from British tweed and the mod-style Chelsea boot that’s perfect for the English weather. There’s even a pair of flats with a slight heel called the Cambridge (named after the Duchess of Cambridge, of course!).
