Oséa Swimwear Debuts in time for Summer

By Butterboom Writers  /  June 7, 2016

Launching just in time for the summer, Oséa Swimwear has debuted its first collection in Hong Kong. Titled ‘The Essence’, the collection boasts classic cuts and contemporary patterns. The cuts are flattering and the bikinis are accentuated with long tasseled ties that exude relaxed, boho vibes. Love!

Set off your summer glow with pieces in fresh hues of blue, white and pale pink. Fairer ladies can venture to the dark side (in a totally on-trend way) with the darker, earthy one- or two-piece styles.

Designed in Hong Kong by Roxanne Wentworth and Candy Favart, Oséa is inspired by a contemporary nomadic lifestyle. In fact, the campaign for Spring/Summer 16 was shot in Cape Town by photographer Kent Andreasen and tells the story of the untamed beauty set against the wild backdrop of the South African landscape.

About the designers:

Oséa Swimwear’s founders are true nomads. Roxanne is a stylist from South Africa and Candy is a designer from Belgium. Both have lived in many different countries before settling in Hong Kong. This globe-trotting background coupled with a shared love for the natural world lead to the pair founding their swimwear label.
