From the 3rd to 23rd May, as part of the Le French May festival, LANDMARK is playing host to an iconic exhibition – Andrée Putman – Ambassador of Style, which will be, for the first time in Hong Kong showcasing exclusive works from the late French designer.
Landmark will transform into an elegant design studio for the duration of Le French May and will host exclusive installations and over 75 pieces of work from Putman. Her work will be exhibited across the connected buildings – Landmark Atrium, Landmark Alexandra, Landmark Chater and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Known for her tailored silhouette, this exhibition pays tribute to Putman for her contribution and influence on design, art and fashion over the past 4 decades. The designer’s daughter, Olivia Putman will be in attendance to host the event.
Visitors can view pieces created by Andrée Putman for Louis Vuitton and her work across retail, residential, accessories, commercial buildings, hotels, fabrics, graphics and perfume. Highlights include her design of the Hine 250 Decanter and Christofle Vertigo Champagne Cooler.
