Hong Kong gets a dose of Korean Contemporary Art.
Korean art has been making waves on the international scene lately. Fresh from their recent exhibition at the Hong Kong Art Fair in May, the Korean contemporary art exhibition at Times Square features two of Korea’s leading contemporary artists, Ji Yong Ho and Yi Hwan Kwo, to showcase their latest sculptures at Times Square Open Piazza and Atrium from now till August 22, 2010.
The 11 piece “Mutant Series” by Ji Yong Ho along with Yi Hwan Kwon’s 5 pieces of distorted features will be on display. Ji Yong Ho has gained worldwide acclaim for his unique style, using tyres to shape all kinds of animals.
