Riccardo Tisci’s Fall 2012 collection for Givenchy is uncompromising.
Givenchy’s fall collection carries a strong equestrian reference with a strong play on the fusing of masculine and feminine. Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci, is not afraid to push the boundaries. His collection is strong, edgy and uncompromising. There were Jodhpur-shaped pants, boxy shapely jackets in color blocks of black, red, and browns. Play of texture contrasts were seen in panels of gleaming pony skin set against wool and leather.
