Accessories brand Danielle Nicole was founded by Danielle Di Ferdinando, who started her career in fashion at the young age of 18 years old. Commercially savvy, Danielle has captured the market with her stylish, affordable, and well designed bags that you can match with the latest fashion trends. Think fast fashion for bags!
While attending design school in New York, her passion led her to study abroad in Europe where she apprenticed with several major high-end design houses. Upon returning, Danielle put her new insider’s view of the design and manufacturing process to work, designing, constructing and of course, wearing, her own handbags.
However it was during her internship at Bergdorf Goodman when a cosmetic buyer was impressed by Danielle’s work and asked her to create a line of cosmetic bags for the store, that she launched her own brand. Before long, Danielle was designing complete leather collections for Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s. In Hong Kong, Lane Crawford, Harvey Nichols and The9thMuse carry her bags.
Her stylish, non-leather vegan bags are loved by a list of woman that reads like the who’s who of the fashion industry; including Olivia Palermo, super stylist Rachel Zoe, and actress Jessica Alba. Lucky magazine’s editor-in-chief, Eva Chen is a fan, and has been spotted with Danielle’s bags on many occasions. Danielle knows how to give back too: she has designed an inclusive tote for The Oprah Winfrey Conference and is committed to giving back a portion of all proceeds from the sale of her bags to the Cancer Research Fund.
We love how versatile and trendy the bags are. From clutches to totes, she has styles for every occasion. With bag prices starting at HK$650 up for a small mini bag, clutches going from HK$333 to shoppers at HK$730+, Daniel is cornering the affordable fast accessories market of the fickle fashion crowd.
