Van Cleef & Arpels’ Féerie

By Butterboom Writers  /  November 24, 2008

Van Cleef & Arpels’ new fragrance is called Féerie.

The cap is an elaborate metal figurine of a fairy sitting on a twig, a la Midsummers night dream, of which the perfum and previous Van Cleef & Arpels’ jewellery collection drew inspiration from.

Description: floral woody
Top notes: Violet, blackcurrant, rounded with Italian mandarin
Middle notes: Bulgarian rose, Egyptian jasmine and Violet

The verdict, we were a little surprised by the fruity notes in Van Cleef & Apels’ perfum, perhaps it is in keeping true to its namesake, after all Feerie does conjure up a magical fairy tale world with the smell of heady rose, intoxicating jasmine and a hint of spices and fruit.

Natural spray EDP 100ml HK$1200
Natural spray EDP 50ml HK$780
