A love-nest for a naughty Paris tryst.

That is how we would describe a stay at One By The Five, an intimate hotel located in the fascinating Latin Quarter made up of just one-five room suite that has been specifically designed to be the base for the ultimate romantic hideaway. It has no sign, no lobby and no hotel staff! The Five Hotel parent hotel is situated right across the street so when you check in, the hotel staff gives you the key and you check in with total privacy.

Everything in this 45 square meter space guarantees a memorable stay. Designed to evoke all your senses in the game of seduction from a living room with a close-up photo screen on satin panels of body parts of Louvre statues, lighting effects that dance on the ceiling, and an opaque glass waterfall shower and sparkles above the bath tub. Even the black lacquer kitchenette is sexy.

A tiny boudoir in deep purple velour complete with a selection of perfumes is located next to the bedroom. The bedroom is out of this world with a bed suspended from the wall, giving you the feeling that you are floating amidst the clouds with sparkling stars above as the lights goes down.

When you do get out of the room, take stroll along the Montebello quai, and check out the bouquinistes (secondhand-book dealers) in the shadow of Notre-Dame. Bordering the Seine, this neighborhood is the intellectual heart and soul of Paris. The 5th Arrondissement also features the Panthéon and is known for its lively atmosphere and bistros.
