For a deposit of HK$750, you will be given a plug-and-play device that helps calculate the mileage for insurance purposes. Those interested in renting your car will start messaging you for details. Once the deal has been agreed on, you’ll meet the renter who will  return the keys back at an agreed location once he’s done. What about fuel charges?
