Popular bar and restaurant Employees Only finds a new address in our very own city in Lan Kwai Fong, Central. Named one of the world’s best bars, it officially opens on 22 June 2017 – mark your calendar!

Already an icon in the other cities it is in like Singapore and New York, Employees Only brings its brands of great atmosphere, fabulous cocktails and delicious food. In fact, it will be one of the few bars in Hong Kong where all the bartenders free-pour complex cocktails at speed, showcasing their signature fast and lively style of service. What to order from the cocktail menu?  The signature EO Gimlet (gin with a housemade lime cordial with agave and kaffir lime leaves), Ready Fire Aim (shaken mezcal cocktail with lime juice, honey, pineapple and hellfire bitters), Daily Daisy (a frozen cocktail made with whatever fresh ingredients from the market) and other Hong-Kong inspired cocktails.

Then there’s also a bistro fare with Eastern European influences if you are looking for a bite lead by Chef James Black. The dinner menu (available until midnight) features signature like Hand-Cut Steak Tartar with Crostini & Mixed Greens Salad, Bone Marrow Poppers with Bordelaise and Pastry Shell, Skate Paprika, Butterscotch and Mascarpone Cheesecake and other daily specials. We also love that Employees Only will feature a late night menu from midnight to 3am with specialties like Truffled Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Balkan Burger to satisfy our late-night hunger pangs.

As for the ambience, the bar and restaurant will be similar to the original in New York with its Art Deco theme, outstanding curvaceous bar, main dining room or semi-private oval dining room and the Lovers’ Corner, a unique concept to Employees Only Hong Kong for diners who want to dine in more intimacy and privacy.
