AIGLE Finds a Permanent Home at IFC

The new concept store brings you more than just boots.

AIGLE’s pop-up store in IFC was hard to miss last summer, with their rainbow display of wellington boots in an assortment of colors. The success of the pop-up has allowed for a more permanent residence at the high-end mall, with a new concept store that plays tribute to the French brand’s heritage.

With its warm lighting, the cabin-esque interior is emphasized by the vintage style wooden parquet and tiling sourced from old flea markets in Paris. A craftsman table stands centre of the room, lined with raw wooden shelves reminiscent of an old workshop.

AIGLE’s emphasis is clearly their rubber boots, which continue to be traditionally manufactured in France since 1853. The boot bar displays variations of their signature product, from the Polka to the Aiglentine and Chantebelle in pretty much any color you could want – think skittles. Considering Hong Kong’s generous servings of rain, we’re sure AIGLE’s iconic boots will find its way as a main item on everyone’s wish list.
