In collaboration with the Museu Picasso in Barcelona, Times Square will play host to the masterpieces by the legendary Spanish artist Picasso in an exhibition titled The Picasso and Jacqueline Exhibition. Held in the Living Room Museum of Times Square from 26 February to 21 March 2017, the exhibition will showcase 13 pieces of artwork by Picasso that is dedicated to his last wife Jacqueline. This is the first time these art pieces are being exhibited outside of Spain.
Jacqueline was the artist’s last lover and second wife. The artworks were finished in 1962 using the linoleum printing technique – each piece colourful and unique in displaying Jacqueline’s portraits.
