Count on our favorite stars to come dressed to the nines at yet another red-carpet event, The Toronto International Film Festival. Held every September, this 10-day film fest features anything from 300 of the best international films of the year. Public screenings are held in downtown Toronto, so both the masses and industry insiders can decide which films are worthy of praise and recognition.

The best outfit of the festival had to go to Taiwanese actress and model Terri Kwan, best known for her appearance in Turn Left, Turn Right. She attended the festival to represent the movie Prince of Tears. She looks outstanding in a red Spanish-inspired number, with  minimal make-up, and no accessories at all!

Natalie Portman also looked pretty in a pink floral, strapless Lanvin dress, while Penelope Cruz showed off her great tan in an ice-blue, asymmetrical number by Roland Mouret. We have to say the dress did well to hide her rumored baby bump.
