Italian jewellery maison Pomellato was founded by Pino Rabolini in 1967. Known for for introducing the prêt-à-porter concept into the jewellery world, where jewellery are to be worn everyday as an accessory instead on special occasions or as religious adornment, Pomellato’s jewellery are classic stylish pieces made from precious and semi-precious gemstones.
Pomellato’s most famous ring the Nudo with cabouchon cut gemstone in rose and gold band are coveted amongst the fashion elite. The Sabbia line which uses black and brown diamonds with intricate details is also becoming as famous as their Nudo rings.
Since launching in 1967, the brand has enjoyed success. Their first stand alone store in Hong Kong store opened in 2013. Pomellato also retails at Lane Crawford.
