Topshop Unique Autumn/Winter 2014

Topshop Spring/Summer 2014 English Heritage Collection

The Topshop Unique Autumn/Winter 2014 collection is ready to tackle the colder seasons, with puffas, trenches, and sherling jackets.

Called the English Heritage collection, the popular British high-street brand focuses on the contradictions of both masculine and femininity. Girly girls get tough while tomboys add a little ladylike allure to their edge. Layering lightweight silhouettes like slips with tough jackets, bespoke tattoo motifs with delicate floral prints and soft mohair on weather-proofed oversized jackets are the order of the day.

Colours like buttermilk, ginger, chestnut and champagne tone down the more rigid hues of greys and greens. But it’s not Topshop without the unexpected contrast, so flashes of royal blue and scarlet pop up throughout the collection. A cool collection with a rebellious streak.
