Inside Nirav Modi’s First Hong Kong Flagship Store

By Butterboom Writers  /  August 10, 2016

International diamond jeweller Nirav Modi has opened its first Hong Kong flagship store at 1881 Heritage, Tsim Sha Tsui. The store stands at a grand 3,000 sq. ft. with refined marble flooring, custom-made carpets, an impressive marble staircase, a crystal drop chandelier and luxurious accents. Aside from its signature jewellery collection showcase, there will also be a private bridal section for a truly luxurious shopping experience.

Every jewel in the Nirav Modi collection brings together the finest of stones set in a signature style that uses minimal metal allowing the stones to naturally shine through. The jewellery house is known for its over 100 years of family diamantair legacy. Founded by Nirav Modi, it is known for its unique setting techniques and globally patented diamond cuts like the Jasmine Cut (a re-cutting of the classic rose cut), the Ainra Cut™ (minimalist settings and interwoven diamonds combined to create a sense of lightness), the Endless Cut™ (where the circle is combined with a radiance of diamonds) and the Mughal Cut™ (a precision technique to create diamond flower petals inspired by the Mughal miniature paintings). In fact, Nirav Modi became the first Indian jewellery company to be featured on the cover of Christie’s Hong Kong auction catalogue in 2010 with the exquisite Golconda Necklace.

The luxurious brand will also be opening in MGM Macau this fall.
