J.Lo wears Miriam Salat bangles

Miriam Salat, who launched her namesake collection in 1993, is available now at Lane Crawford for all those fans mad about her boho chic jewellery. Her line initially took off after Barney’s New York picked up her first handcrafted collection, which have since been sold all over the world.

Ms. Salat is famous for her stacking bangles made from resin in different hues mixed with lined cubic zirconia. Her pieces are inspired by the richness of colours and and coveted by the free spirited and adventurous woman who is looking for something worldly and chic.

Interestingly, Miriam actually started as a civil engineer in New York city designing airports and highways before turning her attention to jewellery design. Her jewellery is sold in Aruba, Porto Rico, Russia, USA, the UK, the Virgin Islands and now for the first time in Asia.
