Tezuka Show at Kowloon Bay

An 80th anniversary celebration at Telford Plaza.

We are huge Tezuka Osamu fans – MORE than just the Walt Disney of Japan – Tezuka created Astro Boy, Kimba and Blackjack to name a few. An exhibition is showing at Telford Plaza Phase 1 in Kowloon Bay until the end of April featuring artwork, toys, collectibles and all kinds of cool knick-knacks that celebrate this important pioneer of Japanese pop culture.

Check out the site here (Chinese only) and check out the promotion going on at MTR for “Tezuka’s Heartful Life” Octopus watches. We’d buy them if they didn’t clash so much with our new Hogan shoes. We’ll go and do a photo report in the near future.
