If you’re into shoes and happen to be in Paris till 18 November, catch the French Accessory Maison Roger Vivier “Virgule, ETC…” retrospective exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo. The exhibition, curated by Olivier Saillard with Jean-Julien Simonot, celebrates Roger Vivier and his legacy, his inspiration, his creations, and the contemporary years led by creative designer Bruno Frisoni.
The exhibition will feature shoes and accessories from the Maison’s archives and loaned pieces from private and public art institutions. Highlight will definitely include the “Virgule”, or the comma heel designed by Vivier in 1963.
