Amber on the seventh floor of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental is going to extreme measures to make your Valentine’s Day special.

Crisp white linens, fresh red roses, and the culinary offerings of two-star Michelin chef, Richard Ekkebus are sure to make your Valentine’s Day a memorable one. They have also lined-up live jazz music to make it even more romantic.

Guests will also have a choice of two Valentine’s Day specials:  the eight-course Cupid’s Cravings gourmet dinner and Cupid’s Cravings with a wine pairing.  Both dinners include Kaluga/Schrenki caviar, Royal Cabanon oyster, and much more.

For dessert, try a sweet collaboration between chef Ekkebus and Gilles Marchal of La Maison du Chocolat.  The “Chocoaholics” menu will be featured with six courses and a wine pairing upon request.
