Come To Chanel’s Nail Cabaret!

French cosmetics house gets quirky for Internet campaign.

We’ve already enjoyed Chanel’s quirky Fall/Winter 2011 campaign starring Freja Beha Erichsen, and now it looks like their cosmetics division is keen to get in on the act too!

Chanel have just released their Nail Cabaret Shade Parade video, featuring a load of dancing hands showcasing some of the company’s most iconic nail polishes and all in time for fall. Inspired by old school Hollywood musicals and Parisian cabaret theatres like the Moulin Rouge and Crazy Horse, we get to see the likes of Particuliere, Black Pearl, Rouge Noir, Dragon and Inattendu strut their stuff in mirrored dance studios, frolic on pearl necklace swings and even slide down a replica of Coco Chanel’s famous spiral staircase.

Chanel is credited with revolutionising the polish world thanks to their must-have sell-out ‘It Colours’ and it’s great that they continue to surprise us – the innovative video has already gone viral, impressing even non-nail polish fans. The Nail Cabaret is fun, creative, quirky and certain to put a smile on your face – just about our favourite things that cosmetics can be!
