Caviar House & Prunier has opened a pop-up store at Pacific Place, Admiralty. From now until April, instead of picking up your tin of caviar at the airport where they have counters, now you can get head to Pacific Place to buy Prunier caviar and the famous Balik salmon. With a history that dates back to 1872 in France, Caviar House & Prunier sells only the highest quality caviar and salmon and is the only seafood bar in the world to produce its own smoked salmon and sell fresh caviar from the Caspian Sea.
Located on the 3/F, between Cartier and Hermès in Pacific Place, the pop-up store offers 8 different types of caviars across different grades and in different tin sizes. We love the lower salt Prunier “Paris” caviar (HK$1700, 30gm) but feel free to indulge. They have in stock also the most expensive caviar, the Beluga which is HK$5000 for 30gm, the Balik salmon, ‘Tsar Nikoloj filet no.1’ (HK$650 per 100gm), Balik tartar and Balik Pearls alongside a selection of fine champagnes. For those looking to impress a special someone during Valentine’s Day or a client with expensive taste, the Caviar House & Prunier Set (HK$980) comes with a a 30gm Prunier caviar, a bottle of champagne (375ml) and a mother- of-pearl spoon.
