The question on everyone’s lips is, why?
French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld – influential style setter and once rumored to be in line to replace the inimitable Anna Wintour at the helm of American Vogue – resigned suddenly last Friday to focus on “personal projects,” according to a report on Vogue.com. The website said Roitfeld, 56, who held her position for 10 years, would leave the magazine at the end of January 2011, with Roitfeld’s replacement to be announced in the coming weeks.
Speculations on why Carine Roitfeld is leaving and where she is going are abuzz online –
