Batman in Hong Kong Next Week

It’s confirmed! The Dark Knight comes to Hong Kong next week and will tear up Central. From SCMP:

The Warner Bros film, called The Dark Knight – which will star Christian Bale as Batman, Heath Ledger as the Joker and Michael Caine as the butler Alfred – is a sequel to the 2005 movie Batman Begins. Christopher Nolan is the director.A letter was sent to thousands of households on Tuesday advising them that a helicopter and a C130 low-flying aircraft would be used to “feature the spectacular view of the city skyline” on November 6-12.

When filming will affect residents Helicopter aerial filming Will take place from November 6 to 12 from 7am to 11pm, four times during the day and five times in the evening. Low-flying C130 aircraft November 6 to 9 from 3pm to 7pm, five times. Filming will take place over Wan Chai, Causeway Bay and the Central and Western areas of Hong Kong Island. It will also be held over Victoria Harbour and The Peak.
