Gucci’s S/S 2013 ‘Aristocratic Purism’ Collection

By Butterboom Writers  /  October 5, 2012

Gucci’s S/S 2012 collection is all about minimalist shapes and absolute colours.

Creative Director Frida Giannini has once again created a collection of elegant silhouettes with a defined aesthetic for the Italian fashion house.

Gucci’s Spring/Summer collection for 2013, dubbed ‘Aristocratic Purism’, is all about simple styling in eye-popping shades.

Sleek lines, tunics and high-necked blouses are on the cards for next season if Gucci is anything to go by.

The oversized collars and bell sleeves give this collection a faintly 70’s vibe, while the bright colours keep it contemporary. Shocking pinks, citrus yellows and electric blues dominate, with snakeskin print coming a close second.

You’ll be sure to stand out from the crowd in Gucci’s bold ‘aristographic’ collection.
