ck Calvin Klein Fall 2012 Collection

By Butterboom Writers  /  October 9, 2012

Calvin Klein’s new-season ‘ck’ collection is seductive, soft and sculptural with a modern edge.

For Fall 2012, ck Calvin Klein’s Creative Director Kevin Carrigan was inspired by the post-modernist’s take on shape and proportion, resulting in a collection that’s both powerful and ultra-feminine.

The campaign is fronted by classic beauties Liu Wen and Lara Stone – and we think they’re a perfect fit for the brand.

The collection features Japanese crepes, cashmeres and alpaca, cut to create silhouettes that are always sculptural, feminine and tailored.

The palette is understated – rich in black, charcoal and white with just a splash of seductive red.

Butterboom picks:

We love the slightly mannish pants, the creamy full-length overcoat and the sand wool dress – try it worn over pants for a cool take on layering.
