A spacious, slouchy bag with LV’s unmissable monogram.
Love it or hate it, Louis Vuitton‘s monogram looks like it could be making a comeback. It first appeared when Louis Vuitton manufactured trunks and quickly became a symbol of wealth and status. However, as trends shift, fashion branding has become less in-your-face and more about understated design than flashy labels, the monogram has fallen from popularity.
That is, until now. Angelina Jolie was recently spotted carrying Louis Vuitton’s new Hobo bag and splashed across it was the unmistakable monogram. What’s more is that it looked great; practical, roomy and stylish.
The bag itself is classic; a spacious, slouchy crescent shape made from supple lambskin, with a front compartment for smaller essentials and two detachable straps, meaning that you can sling it over your shoulder or carry it in your hand.
