Emm Kuo Bags are the new IT Bags

By Butterboom Writers  /  December 6, 2013

Emm Kuo is the new IT designer bag brand that’s on our radar. Emmaline Kuo Ranzman is the designer behind the brand.  A graduate of Parsons School of Design where all designers seem to be from these days, the brand makes “day” bags like as satchels and totes and the brand’s “evening” bag selection consists of beautiful minaudieres.  All her bags are made from beautiful materials with a clever attention to cool quirky details. Her bags can be spotted in the hand of some of the most fashionable people in the world – from Hollywood stars on the red carpet to super bloggers on the street outside the Fashion Weeks around the worlds.

Born in Taiwan, she grew up between the States and Hong Kong, following her entrepreneurial and designer parents.  After graduating from Parsons, she worked for fashion legends Stephen Burrows and Catherine Malandrino with a focus on accessories for the respective brands.  She finally took the brave step in 2011 to create her own brand – Emm Kuo and the rest is history.

Emm Kuo caters for the modern woman who loves style but styles that are not necessarily super flashy or trendy.
